Before you start: the two things you need

Amazon Firestick / Fire TV (most popular in Canada)

  1. From the Firestick home screen, open the search (magnifying glass) and find an IPTV player app — we recommend IBO Player or TiviMate.
  2. Install and open the app. It will show a MAC address and ask for a playlist.
  3. Enter the server URL, username and password from your welcome email (or send us the MAC address and we'll activate it for you).
  4. Restart the app — your channel list, EPG guide and VOD library load automatically.

Samsung & LG Smart TVs

  1. Open your TV's app store (Smart Hub on Samsung, Content Store on LG).
  2. Search for IBO Player, Smart IPTV or Duplex IPTV and install.
  3. The app displays a MAC address and upload URL — enter your playlist details there, or email the MAC address to support and we'll link your subscription server-side.
  4. Relaunch the app. Channels and the program guide appear on the home screen.

Android TV boxes, phones & tablets

  1. Install TiviMate (TV boxes) or IPTV Smarters Pro (phones/tablets) from Google Play.

  3. Type the server URL, username and password from your email — no file downloads needed.

  1. Install IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV from the App Store.
  2. Pick Xtream Codes login and enter your three details.

First-day problems (and the 30-second fixes)

"Channels load but keep buffering"

Nine times out of ten this is Wi-Fi, not the stream. Move the device closer to the router or — better — plug in an ethernet cable. If you use a VPN, try switching to a Canadian server or turning it off: VPN overhead is the most common cause of stutter on 4K sports feeds.

"Invalid login" or an empty channel list

Almost always a typo in the server URL — it must be copied exactly, including the port number (the digits after the colon). Copy-paste from your welcome email rather than typing it. Still stuck? Email support — we answer around the clock, in English and French.
